What's the difference between automatic and semi-automatic?
A semi-automatic liquid filling machine generally will require that an operator assist in a product cycle, such as manually placing containers under filling nozzles and then activating a switch to start the filling cycle. Semi-automatic equipment is well suited for shorter production runs that require frequent change-overs.
Automatic liquid filling machines will automate key product cycles such as checking filling weight, utilizing automatic conveyors and sensors and/or detectors. Labor requirements are reduced and production capacity is increased.
